Q. How far are you from Yeager Airport?
A. We are just over 8 miles west of the Yeager Airport (CRW). Depending on traffic, this is usually a 10-15 minute drive.
Q. Do you have shuttle service?
A. The Charleston Conference Center offers complimentary transportation to and from Yeager airport.
Q. Do you accept pets in the rooms?
A. We do offer a number of pet-friendly rooms, which are located in the Holiday Inn & Suites Charleston West. There is a pet fee of $25 + tax per night per pet. The Wingate by Wyndham does not accept pets, only service animals.
Q. Do you have internet access?
A. Yes, we provide complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet access in all guestrooms and in the lobby, recreational areas and the Cafe. We also offer a complimentary business center in the lobby of both hotels with a computer workstation, Internet access and a self-service printer. A copier and fax machine are available at the front desk.
Reservations confirmation and guarantee policy:
A credit card is required as a guarantee on reservations, and a valid card must be presented at check in. Any reservation made without a guarantee will be cancelled at 4pm on the day of arrival unless special arrangements have been made. Faxed or mailed confirmation letters are available upon request.
Cancellations and charges:
The Associated Hotels have a 4pm cancellation policy. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 4pm the day of arrival will be charged a no-show charge of the entire room rate.
Check in and Checkout times:
Check-in time is 3:00pm, and all guaranteed reservations can check in any time after 3:00. Checkout time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late checkouts can be arranged for guests with special needs. Please inquire with the front desk.
Entrances and security to the hotel:
All doors and gates to the hotels are either only accessible by a guest cardkey or are locked after 9pm. The lobby entrance to the front desk is open 24 hours and we have 24-hour staff on property at night.
Facilities for Guests with Disabilities:
The Charleston Conference Center has ADA accessible public restrooms in the lobby of both hotels. ADA accessible guestrooms are available and should be requested at the time of making your reservation. Devices for the hearing impaired are available from the Front Desk.
Q. Do you have a swimming pool?
A. Yes. Use of our pool is complementary to Charleston Conference Center guests only. Both Hotels have a hot tub, and the indoor pool is located in side the Holiday Inn & Suites Charleston West. Pool depth is 3 ft and there is no lifeguard on duty.
